How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
What is the return policy?
 
RETURN POLICY:

We will gladly accept any item* for return within 14 days of purchase provided the item is returned to us in new condition, in original, unopened packages. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there was an error with your order. 

Please contact customer service at info@consultantcreations.com to return an item. In your email, please include your original order number. You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number. Please be certain to include this Return Authorization Number, as well as the original order number, with the item(s) you are returning to facilitate a quick refund. Packages received for return without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

Items must be received by our warehouse before any refund or credit will be issued. Refunds are issued within 1 business day of receiving the returned items. Please allow 2 business days for this to be reflected on your credit card or Paypal account. 

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless there has been an error on our part. If we have made an error, there will be no re-stocking fee and we will re-ship at our cost upon return of incorrect item.

*Please note that any and all Webkinz, Lil'Kinz, Kookeys, and Bella Sara products are not returnable due the sensitive security concerns once the product has left our store. You may contact customer service directly at info@consultantcreations.com with any additional questions.

When will my order ship?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
